Working with Sharelle and Juawana has always been fun, easy and inspirational. These two women are the true definition of bosses. From their personalities to the way they handle business, I’m beyond grateful to have these two in my corner, not only in business but as friends as well. We’re the dream team for a reason. Stay tuned!
When Sharelle approached me with her vision and goals for what Allure Realty would one day be, I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of. I knew it would be one of the biggest things that would happen in the Tampa Bay Area and I was confident I could make her vision a turn into a reality. We both walked into an empty office building in Historic Ybor City just weeks before filming on “Selling Tampa” began. I remember us looking at each other. laughing and saying “what are we doing” “how are we even going to make this happen”. With laughter and a positive attitude we knew it would take time, energy and dedication to make the place come alive.
If you know Sharelle, you know that she’s a busy woman, she’s always moving forward and puts people in place where she sees fit. She put me in charge of putting together the new Allure office and I humbly accepted the position. Little did I know that it would turn out like nothing I could have ever imagined. I began calling all of my contacts, my Facebook friends, my instagram network, even my neighbors, until I found people that would help me get the job done. I definitely believe that teamwork makes the dream work and without my team of helpers, I couldn’t have pulled this off. Keysha Jillian and Maritza Duarte were my two partners that made the vision shine bright. We all focused in, designed and made the office what you see on your TV screens. Huge shout out and thank you to my team and to my Allure family. This is just the beginning and there’s a story behind every corner. Sit back and enjoy the show.
